This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give police protection to put up construction based on petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2025.

Considering the fact that already survey was done in the petition mentioned property as per the order of this Court dated 07.02.2025 in W.P.No.3460 of 2025 and the property is a vacant land, whenever there is a threat of dispossession or encroachment, let the police give necessary protection based on the complaint of the petitioner.

3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of.
