ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition on the statement that the petitioner intends to approach the revisional authority by filing revision under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971. In view of the statement so recorded, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The dismissal of this petition shall not come in the way

of the petitioner filing a revision before the authority under the law as referred to above. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim application stands closed.
