This petition has been filed to relax the condition "report before the respondent police station every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9830 of 2023 dated 17.05.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
