Seeking extension of parole for a period of three months to the convict - Abraham @ Rajasekaran, Son of James David, aged 72 years, Convict No.16844 IP No.51122 confined at Central Prison, Cuddalore, the present Miscellaneous Petition has been filed.

2. Upon hearing the learned counsel on either side, it appears that the health condition of the Convict remains the same.

3. In such view of the matter, as the condition of the Convict appears to be still precarious, we are inclined to extend the parole for four more weeks i.e., till 06.11.2019.
