W.M.P.No.29090 of 2022 in W.P.No.24090 of 2022 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., Since the petitioners in this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is a Trade Union representing the interest of employees who will be aggrieved if the impugned seniority list is quashed, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioners / Trade Union is a necessary party for the effective adjudication of the main Writ Petition.

2. Learned counsels appearing for the respective parties have also not raised any serious objection in allowing this impleading petition. Accordingly, this W.M.P.No.29090 of 2022 in W.P.No.24090 of 2022 is allowed as prayed for without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respective parties in the main Writ Petition.

3. Registry is directed to carryout the amendment and list the main Writ Petition on 02.01.2023.
