Writ petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to appoint the petitioner to the post of Technical Assistant-Electrical (ECE) in TANGEDCO with effect from April 2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent.

3.The case of the petitioner is that he had applied for the post of Technical Assistance-Electrical (ECE) under BC-DAP quota. After certificate verification, he was called to attend the interview on 15.02.2019. However, his result was withheld without assigning any reason. 4.Learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has removed the action of withholding the result, prepared to give appointment and the petitioner's appointment is under process. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. 5.The above submission so made by the learned standing counsel for the respondent is recorded. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
