When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents by drawing attention of this Court in Paragraph No.5 of the counter affidavit submitted that the order of this Court was strictly followed and the status-quo order passed by this Court is being maintained till today with regard to the subject property.

2. In the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, it is stated as follows:

I humbly state that the order of the Hon'ble Court was strictly followed, and the status quo is being maintained till date with regard to the subject property. The allegations made by the petitioner in paragraph 5 of the affidavit that the officials have used unparliamentary words is denied and the petitioner is put to strict proof of the same. Further the respondents never used any derogatory or unparliamentary statement as alleged by the petitioner in his affidavit. I once again state that the respondents have high regard for this Court and I completely deny the said allegation as false those. I once again tender my unconditional apology before this Court, if the Court feels that the orders of this Court have been violated,

3. In view of the said assertion made by the respondent that the status-quo of the subject property is being maintained till date, this Court does not any reason to proceed further in the contempt proceedings.
