This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the petitioner as the third respondent in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has no instructions from the party. Therefore, the petitioner has no interest to pursue the application to implead it as the 3rd respondent in the Civil Revision Petition.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
