PRAYER Writ Petitions filed under Art.226 of the Constitution of India praying or issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records connected in Pro.No. 3525/ AA3/ 2015, dated 15.03.2019 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same in so far as it restrict the regularisation of the petitioners service in the post of Lecturer from 18.07.2007 and consequently direct the respondents to regularise the petitioners service in the post of Lecturer from the date of joining duty w.e.f 27.11.2000 with all benefits as was given to Mr.J.Rajendran in G.O.(Ms).No. 267, Tourism, Culture and Religious Endowments (Cul 1-1) Department, dated 29.10.2014 and Mr.R.Neelamegam in proceedings No.4132/AA3/2015, dated 12.02.2016 of the 2 nd respondent.
