C.M.P.No.22930 of 2023 has been filed to record the death of the third and fourth respondents namely A.Ramachandran and R.Rukmani and recognize the petitioners 1 and 2 as legal heirs. 2.C.M.P.No.23036 of 2023 has been filed praying to declare the second petitioner/ second respondent C.Rivditha as major and discharge the Guardian/ first respondent.

3.C.M.P.No.23034 of 2023 has been filed praying to consequently apportion the remaining award amount lying to the credit of O.A.No.31 of 2006 on the file of Railway Claims Tribunal, Chennai Bench with accrued interest to be taken by the first and second petitioners/ respondents to be taken by them in equal share. 4.Heard both side. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent raise no serious objection.
