This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd Respondent Police to secure the Accused Numbers: 1,5,6,7 & 8 namely Chinnadurai, Muthulakshmi, Rajadurai, Govindtharasu & Dhanalakshmi in the Crime No.15 of 2016 and produce the 6th Accused Rajadurai for Medical Examination before the appropriate Medical Government Hospital in the interest of justice. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and the final

report has been filed before the Mahila Court, Cuddalore and the same has been taken on file in Special S.C.No.33 of 2018. 3.In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this petition and this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
