By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal. This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 4th respondent to absorb the petitioner as MIS Co-ordinator based on her representation dated 09.11.2015.

2. The case of the petitioner is that she has qualified B.Ed. degree course, registered her name and qualification in the employment exchange, Tiruvallur. As https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

requested by the 5th respondent, the employment exchange, sponsored the name of the petitioner for appointment to the post of MIS Co-ordinator in Tiruvallur block. The petitioner attended interview, got selected and appointed to the post by an order dated 18.10.2011.

3. The petitioner further stated that since she has been continuously working for more than three years, she is entitled for regularisation of her services. Therefore, she made representation on 09.11.2015 to the respondent. Since the said representation submitted by the petitioner was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondents 3 to 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
