This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 16.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.11670 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8296 of 2023 to report before the 1st respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., and to report before the 2nd respondent at every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear once in every two weeks (i.e.,) Monday before the 1st respondent at 10.30 a.m., and Saturday before the 2nd respondent at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
