This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.27072 of 2021 dated 20.02.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that in pursuant to the order passed in the above Writ Petition on 20.02.2024, an order has been passed on 30.10.2024, by rejecting the representation of the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to challenge the order dated 30.10.2024.
