This petition has been filed seeking for extension of time for the petitioner to comply with the order passed by this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.23968 of 2022 by an order dated 30.09.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to comply with the order passed by this Court within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
