This petition is filed to condone the delay of 340 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.P.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioner and Mr.R.Ezhilarasan, learned counsel for the respondent.

Even though it is opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent to condone the delay of 340 days in filing the appeal, having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 340 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
