(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 21.02.2017 made in C.M.P.No.16429 of 2016 in W.A.No.1268 of 2016 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. On a perusal of the order under contempt passed by the Division Bench, we find that no positive direction has been issued. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents 3 to 5 submitted that election to the local body is in contemplation.
