This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court on 01.08.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.18296 of 2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to execute the sureties due to poor financial conditions, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
