PRAYER: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India praying to set aside the order dated 12.04.2017 passed in I.A No. 3495 of 2017 in O.S No.3511 of 2016 by the learned XII Asst. ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 12.04.2017 passed in I.A No. 3495 of 2017 in O.S No.3511 of 2016 by the learned XII Asst. City Civil Court, Chennai and allow the above Revision petition.
2. The brief facts of the case is that the respondents herein filed I.A No. 3495 of 2017 in O.S No.3511 of 2016 to direct the respondent to pay necessary Court fee on the market value of the plaint schedule property. On hearing both side submissions the Trial Court allowed I.A No. 3495 of 2017 in O.S No. 3511 of 2016. Hence the respondent in I.A No. 3495 of 2017 filed this Civil Revision Petition.
3. The the learned Counsel for the petitioners herein submitted that they are ready to pay necessary Court fees as ordered by the Trial Court in I.A No. 3495 of 2017 in O.S No. 3511 of 2016.
4. Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners herein, the petitioners are directed to pay additional Court fees as ordered by the Trial Court within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, the Trial Court is directed to dispose the suit within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of
this order.
5. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is diposed of. No costs.
