This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in paragraph 15(c) of the order dated 29.08.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15248 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the CCB Police Station Avadi every Wednesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
