Crl.O.P.No.25385 of 2017 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN .J, Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the reason assigned in paragraph No.8 of the order dated 13.02.2019 has been wrongly stated and hence seeks for appropriate orders. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.
4. In view of the above submissions, the paragraph No.8 of the order dated 13.02.2019 is to be read as follows:
"8.In fine, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the impugned proceeding in C.C.No.81 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mettur, insofar as the petitioner namely P.Asokan is hereby quashed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed."
