Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage, since the relief sought for lies in a narrow compass.
2. The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to consider her objections dated 5.10.2015, in and by which, the petitioner has objected to the revision of property tax.
3. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider her objections dated 5.10.2015 on merits and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
