The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.08.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 376 A & B, 506 (i) IPC and Sections 5(l), 5(m) r/w 6 of POCSO Act in Crime No.04 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and the entire complaint was given as an after thought. Thus, he seeks bail for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the defacto complainant, who is aged about 23 years had given a complaint that from the age of 10 years, she had been continuously physically exploited by the petitioners herein. Final report in this case had been filed before the concerned Court. He also produced the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., before this Court and stated that, it is evident that she requires some protection atleast till she gives evidence before the Court. Thus, he prayed for dismissal of this petition.

4. Let the cross examination be completed. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners herein. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
