ORDER
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of enquiry proceeding in Na.Ka.No.M4/1301524/2023 within a stipulate time fixed by this Honourable Court, consequently, to direct the first respondent District Revenue Officer, Tiruvannamalai District to cancel the erroneous illegal forged Patta No.390 and to issue the patta in the name of petitioners Agricultural property measuring about to an extent of 45 cents out of 6 Acres in S.No.79, situated at, Mangal Village, Vembakkam Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District - 631 701.
2. Mrs.S.Indhu Bala, learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the first respondent. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners are mother and daughter, having absolute ownership of the property comprised in 6 acres in S.No.79, Managal Village, Vembakam Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District. The first petitioner has settled 3 Acres of Agricultural Punja land in favour of second petitioner under the registered settlement deed dated 03.11.2015. This being the case, the respondents 2 & 3, who are no way connected to the subject property got illegal patta in respect of 45 cents out of 6 acres of the aforesaid property bearing patta No.390. Hence, the petitioners has sent an appeal petition dated 11.01.2021, before the Sub Collector, Cheyyar to cancel the aforesaid illegal patta. However, no order was passed. Therefore, the petitioner has filed a writ petition in W.P.No.
2732 of 2023, before this Court to dispose of the said appeal petition and this Court by virtue of order dated 02.02.2023, directed the respondents therein to dispose of the same. Thereafter, the Sub Collector, Cheyyar has passed an order dated 05.05.2023. Against which the petitioners filed a appeal revision dated 16.08.2023 before the first respondent and the same was not disposed so far. Hence, the petitioners have come forward with the present writ petition.
4. Though many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioners' appeal revision dated 16.08.2023.
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioners' appeal revision dated 16.08.2023 would be considered and appropriate orders passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioners' appeal revision dated 16.08.2023, after giving due notice and opportunity of 4/6
personal hearing to the petitioner as well as respondents 2 & 3 and aggrieved persons, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is dispose of. No costs.
