These petitions are listed today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner under the caption "For Being Mentioned" by bringing to the notice of this Court some typographical errors, which had crept in, in the order dated 02.12.2021.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the entire order R.C.A.No.395 of 2017 has been wrongly mentioned as R.C.A.No.395 of 2015. Likewise, in Paragraph No.7 of the order, it has been wrongly mentioned as R.C.A.No.595 of 2015 instead of R.C.A.No.395 of 2015. He would also submit that in the addresses of the Courts to which the copies of the order would be sent to, instead of XIII Small Causes Court, it has been wrongly mentioned as VIII Small Causes Court. Therefore, the learned counsel would requests this Court to rectify the typographical errors and issue fresh copy of the order.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the errors pointed out by him, it is hereby clarified that in the order dated 02.12.2021, wherever reference is made to the Rent Control Appeal, it shall be read as "R.C.A. No. 395 of 2015". Similarly, it is clarified that the copy of the order dated 02.12.2021 shall be addressed to the learned XIII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai. In all other respects, the order dated 02.12.2021 shall remain unaltered.
