This application has been filed to amend the clean copy of the Original Plaint as stated in the accompanying affidavit as follows, a) for recovery of money from the defendants to the tune of Rs.70,02,832,83 (Rs.65,02,832.83 plus damages Rs.5,00,000/-) jointly, severally and vicariously from 22.06.2009 along with interest Rs.36,94,321.69/- totalling Rs.1,06,97,154.52/- at 24 percent p.a from the date of plaint till the date of realisation (b) passing a decree against all the defendants, jointly, severally and vicariously for Rs.70,02,832.83/- together with future interest from the date of plaint at 24 percent annum with monthly rest till the date of realization of the entire dues and (c ) Award the cost of the suit.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing this application.
