Heard Mr.A.S.Mujibur Rahman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Ramanamoorthy, learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the writ petitioner was transferred from Chennai to Jammu & Kashmir in proceedings dated 25.11.2015. In obedience to the order of transfer, the writ petitioner had already joined in the place in which he was transferred. However, setting out certain personal grievances, the writ petitioner made a representation to the third respondent on 04.12.2015. The writ petitioner submitted his representation based on medical grounds and on personal grievances. Such representations are to be considered by the competent authorities in accordance with the guide lines issued by the Ministry of Law.
3. In this view of the matter and without considering the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 04.12.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation along with the order passed in this writ petition.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. However, no order as to costs.
