This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 16.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17731 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 A.M., until furthers orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
