Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to re-fix the Petitioner in a proper scale of pay in pay band-3 with AGP of Rs. 8000 designating as Lecturer (Selection Grade) with effect from 01.01.2006 and fix in pay band-4 with AGP of Rs. 9000 with effect from 01.01.2009, with all the consequential monetary benefits.

Heard Mr. V.Jeevagiridharan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents and Mr. V.Raghavachari appearing for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.
2. There is no representation for the Petitioner when the matter is called at 11.34 a.m. and 12.45 p.m. today.
3. The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to re-fix the scale of pay of the Petitioner in pay band 3 with academic grade pay of Rs. 8,000/- with effect from 01.01.2006 and in pay band 4 with academic grade pay of Rs.9,000/- with effect from 01.01.2009 with all consequential monetary benefits.
4. It has been brought to notice by Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents that the Director of Technical Education by Proceedings No.37999/C2/2018-2 dated 03.06.2020 re-fixed the scale of pay Petitioner and its copy has been placed on record. In view of the subsequent events after the filing of the Writ Petition, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
