This Court by order dated 18.04.2023 granted bail to the petitioner imposing some conditions. One of the condition is that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Panruti on the first day of every month at 10.30 am.

2. Mr.S.Thirugnanam, learned counsel for the third respondent is absent.

3. The petitioner submits that now the case in Crime No.535 of 2022 has been completed, charge sheet filed and the same has been taken on filed in Spl.S.C.No.18 of 2023 and the case is pending trial. The petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. The investigation completed, charge sheet filed and now the case is posted for framing of charges on 08.01.2024.

5. Considering the submissions made on either side and perusal of the materials, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Panruti on the first day of every month at 10.30 am. is hereby relaxed.
