This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para No.7(b) of an order, dated 09.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16711 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed.
However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
