A.No.5460 of 2022 has been filed to carry out the amendment in the plaint by adding legal representatives of the second defendant.

2. The second defendant in the suit died on 18.02.2022. The applicants/plaintiffs filed an application in A.No.3880 of 2022 to bring the LRs of the deceased second defendant and the said application was allowed on 14.09.2022. As a consequence, this application is filed to amend the plaint to add the names of LRs of the deceased second defendant.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing this application.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
