[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to transfer the convict S.A.Mohamed Khan, S/o.Abdul Rahman, from Central Prison, Trichy to Central Prison, Kovai, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the convict has already been transferred to Central Prison, Coimbatore and he has also produced the communication of the second respondent dated 30.10.2019 in this regard.
3.In such view of the matter, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
