This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.512 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed, charge sheet also filed and taken on file in C.C.No.6035 of 2019, which is pending trial before the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

3. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
