[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] The petitioner has given a representation dated 14.10.2022, seeking ordinary leave for her husband viz., Elumalai, CT.No.16881, who is presently lodged in the Central Prison, Cuddalore, in which no order has been passed and hence, the instant writ petition seeking the aforesaid relief.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration.
3. In view of the above, we direct the 2nd respondent viz., The Superintendent of Prison, Central Prison, Cuddalore, to dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
