ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.04.2022 vide C.M.Cell mail paper / 3824404 in a stipulated time period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been initiated in C.No.3824404/22 on 23.04.2022 and the same was closed as civil in nature on 13.07.2022.

4. If the petitioner got any objection over the closure report, he is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings before the Civil Court in accordance with law.

5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
