The petitioner has filed this petition to call for the records and quash the proceedings in M.C.No.148 of 2019, on the file of Hon'ble Additional Family Court Judge, Coimbatore, as illegal.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 08.09.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 15.09.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on 15.09.2021, once again there is no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 17.09.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.
