The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court order dated 06.06.2024 in para 6(b) that the petitioner shall appear before the Mahila Court Nagapattinam every Monday at 10.30 am apart from the Court hearing dates, till completion of trial in Crl.O.P.No.13136 of 2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
