This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the Crime No.12 of 2016 on the file of All Women Police Station, Melmaruvathur, Kanchipuram District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the respondent police have filed a final report and the same has been taken on file in C.C No.215 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Maduranthakam.

3. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this case and this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
