ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in DCB Cr.No.1 of 2019 dated 23.08.2019 on the file of the 1st respondent police.
2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submits that in this case, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed.
3. In view of the completion of the investigation and filing of charge sheet, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to participate in the trial and raise all the points which he made in this petition and contest the case.
