The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court dated 25.07.2024 in para 5(c) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.17664 of 2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
