Crl.M.P. No.13723 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.5150 of 2024 P. DHANABAL, J.

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 5150 of 2024 dated 04.03.2024 to report before the VI Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, on every Monday and Friday, apart from the Court hearing dates, till completion of the trial.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation has been completed.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on both side and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
