This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 6(a) on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20212 of 2024 dated 21.08.2024 by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that investigation is almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.

Accordingly, ordered.
