The learned counsel for the petitioner had not entered appearance on several occasions. This Court by an order dated 20.08.2020 had directed notice to the petitioner through the Registry.

2. The notice has also been served in person on the petitioner despite which, she has not entered appearance before this Court.

3. It is also seen that already the petition seeking guardianship, is pending in O.P.NO.727 of 2012, between the same parties. 2/5

4. In view of the above and considering the fact that despite being served, the petitioner has not entered appearance, this O.P.No.494 of 2017 is dismissed for non prosecution.

5. Post O.P.No.727 of 2012 for continuation before the Master on 04.11.2020.
