This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time by two weeks to the petitioner to surrender before the lower Court by an order dated 1.9.2023 made in Crl.OP.No.19652 of 2023 in Crime No.129 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended till 08.11.2023 to comply the condition as directed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.19652 of 2023, dated 1.9.2023. It is made clear no further extension of time will be granted.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
