O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey his property situated in S.No.29/4, at Jagadab Janappara halhi Village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District, based on his online application dated 15.08.2024.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he acquired right over the above mentioned property under a registered sale deed dated 06.06.2018 executed by the fourth respondent and his father Krishnan. Therefore, the petitioner submitted online application seeking survey of the land. The fourth 2/5

respondent herein objected the same. Therefore, the official respondents have not taken any steps to survey the land. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.S.Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the third respondent.

4. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered, on its own merits, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

5. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 15.08.2024 and pass final order, on its own merits, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
