Pleader (Pondy) C O M M O N O R D E R When these cases were taken up for hearing, it was represented by the learned Special Government Pleader (Pondy) that a Writ Appeal has been preferred against the interim order dated 14.07.2015 passed by this Court in M.P.Nos.1 and 1 of 2015 in W.P.Nos.21084 and 21085 of 2015 and now, orders have been reserved in the Writ Appeal. He further submitted that in the Writ Appeal, an interim order has been passed.

2. Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader (Pondy) and in the light of the above, these Contempt Petitions are closed. However, it is open to

the Petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
