This petition is filed to permit the petitioner for effecting substituted service on the respondent by paper publication.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.The appellant is permitted to effect substituted service through paper publication in one of the Daily issues viz., " Makkal Kural" as regards service of notice on the second respondent.

4. The petition is allowed and post the appeal for hearing on 08.09.2021.
