Jagadeesan v. Jeyalakshmi

Nos.25159, 25161 and 25168 of 2023 in SA No.1342 of 2013 DR.A.D.MARIA CLETE,J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 424 days in seeking to to set aside the death of the first respondent, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the first respondent and to bring on records legal heirs of the deceased first respondent respectively.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that she has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
