The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that vide order dated 23.08.2023 the petitioners were directed to pay a sum of Rs.4,000/- on or before 07.09.2023 and they have complied the condition. However inadvertently they have not submitted a compliance memo before this Court. In view of the same, C.M.P.No. 14842 of 2023 was closed on 07.09.2023.

2. The submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner has not been objected by the respondent counsel.
